In Quebec, the Regulation Respecting the Recovery and Reclamation of Products by Enterprises requires that producers of devices that contain batteries ensure the safe disposal of those devices at end of life. This includes vapes and e-cigarettes.
To meet their battery recovery and recycling regulatory responsibilities in Quebec, obligated producers support the Recycle Your Vapes program, powered by Call2Recycle.
The Recycle Your Vapes program also provides a safe and responsible way for Quebec adults to dispose of used vape products, including disposable (single-use) and reusable (rechargeable) vapes and e-cigarettes.
Our Mission
Recycle Your Vapes responsibly collects, manages, and recycles adult consumers’ vapes in Quebec to protect the environment and our communities. By offering a convenient and accessible vape recycling program, we can divert these materials from the solid waste stream and recycle them to recover their valuable components for use in the manufacturing of new products, helping to power the circular economy.
Become a Collection Partner
The vape collection program is offered to qualifying businesses and public agencies in Quebec only available to adults.
This may include vape shops, waste management facilities, and others.

The containers and materials provided by Call2Recycle are designed to meet specific regulatory requirements and should not be modified by collection partners.
